Consular Fees

Consular service fees - here.

 

From 1st January 2025, all consular fees must be paid exclusively in the following ways:

1. At the consulate using a debit card (note: we do not accept credit cards).

2. Bank transfer to the consulate’s bank account:

Account name: Consulate General of the Republic of Serbia- consular fees

Bank cheque or money order shall not be accepted. Cash payment shall be accepted only under specific circumstances.

Please do not make the payment until we confirm that your application is in order, all the required documents have been provided, and we have advised the exact amount of the fees payable for your matter.

Please note that some banks charge transaction fees, especially if the payments are made from overseas (e.g., New Zealand).

The transaction fees are not part of the consular fees and shall be payable by the person requiring consular services.

We will provide the service only when the correct fee is paid.
