When sending an email request, please include the following information:

  • Full name

  • Mobile phone number

  • A detailed description of the consular service you require

Note:

  • One appointment slot is valid for one person and one consular service only.
    (Example: Two family members applying for passports оr other consular services must schedule two separate appointments.)

  • Please do not pay the consular fee until we have confirmed that your documentation is complete and correct.
